All treatments are tailored to your individual health condition with a safe & effective holistic approach; combining Acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, diet & lifestyle.
Catherine’s approach is patient focused, gentle, empathetic & supportive, she also offers treatment for both acute and chronic imbalances; including musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, digestion, insomnia, anxiety & depression. Treating the body, in its entirety, Catherine’s understanding and treatments view disharmonies as one part of the whole and addresses the “root” cause of the imbalance as well as the symptoms or “branch” manifestations. Catherine’s treatments focus equally on the prevention of illness as on the treatment of the disharmony; incorporating the Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities of Acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, Cupping, Gua Sha and Moxibustion.
