Remedial Massage Therapist - Allana Bould

Allana is a Chinese Medicine Practitioner and likes to incorporate Remedial Massage and Acupuncture together to address an array of musculoskeletal complaints. After a Remedial Massage career spanning 14 years, Allana has found the addition of Acupuncture to be the most effective and natural extension to her work.
Allana’s goal is to support clients who may have sports injuries or be in some type of physical pain and discomfort. In Chinese Medicine any type of pain or tension indicates that energy is not flowing freely throughout the energy pathways (meridians) that we all possess. Unblocking those areas with Massage, Acupuncture and possibly cupping, as well as advising on interim exercises and nutrition lead Allana to the best results for her clients. Often other areas of concern improve naturally for her clients.
Allana has completed a four year Health Science – Chinese Medicine degree at the Southern School of Natural Medicine in Melbourne. She is a fully registered Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Herbalist with both the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia and The Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association.
